Here’s a note from Kristyn… she’s a few weeks away from the scheduled delivery of her little girl. If you like, leave a comment for Kristyn below…
Subject: Breech Baby Girl
Dear friends and family,
Just sending out a notice for anyone who would like to join me in prayer about this baby girl. She is really comfortable in a frank breech position. Her due date is Feb. 26 and she should have turned several weeks ago. I’ve been doing all I can to encourage her to turn and will continue, but I know she likes this position. I am also praying for wisdom about if I should try to have her turned in the hospital. That decision needs to be made by monday. My Dr. discourages it, but is leaving the choice up to me. It can result in an emergency c-section if it puts the baby in too much distress or if the cord gets too tangled. Also, the success rate is not very high.
Many thanks to those of you who join me in prayer for this one.
Love,
Kristyn
Sweetheart,
For sure, praying with you! But I also will pray you do not succumb to anxiety and decide to move on that decision which your doctor does not advise. It is so easy for us to go ahead of God…but you have weeks yet for Him to answer our prayers. This procedure scares me. I do not often boldly offer my advice, but feel strongly about this. I love you!! Gram
Of course I will pray that the baby girl turns around herself.
Love,
Therese
Be assured, we will be joining you in prayer. We love you and her!
Kristyn,
Our heart and prayers will be with your family. Focus on that little baby coming into the world. The means of her arrival will pale compared to that new joy! We’re looking forward to seeing God’s hand at work.
We’re sure praying for that sweet little girl to turn…..perhaps it is a bit prophetic–that God will use her to turn her world upside down with the love of Jesus. We trust God with you and pray for her turn and your peace and protection for both. We love you all.
Hi Kristyn ~ I wanted to let you know that I have been lifting you, Ben and your baby girl up in prayer today as the Lord brings you to mind. I’ve been praying specifically that she’ll just turn, but also for a peace for both you and Ben as you make decisions. God bless ~ Erin Ribble
That’s a tough one Kristyn but am sure our Lord has the answer. I will keep you, Ben and the baby in my prayers.
