Dale and Sue Kemp (my brother) are the newest Grandparents in the Kemp clan… as of this weekend.  Their son Tim and his wife Anna, welcomed Malakai Arron on Friday night (just in time for Lori Kemp’s birthday).  Here’s Tim’s note… he asked that we give it high profile… read it, then click on the links!  Congratulations to all!

Family And Friends,
Last Night at 10:56 PM Eastern we welcomed Malakai Aaron Kemp into the world.  He was born at Martin Army Hospital in Ft. Benning, GA.  Mom and baby are doing very well following the delivery of the 9LB 10OZ boy.  After arriving at the hospital at 6:30 AM in labor it was quite a journey and a late night.  Mom was up for 36 hours.  Today, mom and baby are recovering and expected to “go home” on Sunday.  Anna and I are living in Columbus, GA while I attend Infantry Officer Basic Course until September.  My mom (Grandma Kemp) will stay with Anna next week to help while I unfortunately must go back out to training for the week.  Thank you for all of your prayers and phone calls.  We are truly blessed to have a healthy son!
